Inspiration for the crew's latest chopper comes after a visit to Miller Electric, leading makers of welding equipment. Paul Sr. is fuming about the state of the workshop but once he sees the bike’s patriotic paint job, all is forgiven.

When a wealthy historian asks the guys to incorporate original copper fixtures from the Statue of Liberty into a custom chopper, Paul Jr. pulls all the stops out with fabrication for innovative touches including a torch-shaped carburettor.

After a visit to the Dixie Chopper lawnmower company, Paulie has some cutting edge ideas for his latest bike. Meanwhile, business is booming so Paul Sr. decides to expand the premises and get Paul Jr. a present... a custom Harley!
