The kit will connect to any bluetooth enabled phone and many other bluetooth enabled devices.

If you have a Viper Bluetooth 2 Helmet, this will allow intercom between the 2 devices.  If you don't have a Viper helmet then 2 of these devices will work together to create an intercom between the 2 users.

It comes with 2 super slim stereo speakers and a HD noise reducing boom mic.  It is easy to fit and easy to use, with full instructions included it should fit into the vast majority of helmets on the market, but full, open and flip front.
