If Bikergear.co.uk and the relevant manufacturer determine that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll replace or repair it, depending on factors such as how old the product is and nature of fault being reported.
All Bikergear.co.uk ask is that you make contact with us before sending any item back. You can email, fax, phone or use the instant help to contact us and let us know you wish to return any item.
At this point we may ask you to return the item to the manufacturer directly or back to Bikergear.co.uk in Belfast.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited for the product prices (or PayPal refunded). Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are not refundable, and Bikergear.co.uk is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
